A) Public & Commercial Sellers, Buyers, Property Developers, and Agents may use the site.
Q) How much does it cost to register?
A) The site is free to register, edit your details and view the progress of a chain.
Q) How can I post updates and view other users posts & comments?
A) To use these extra tools and functionality a one off fee of £4.99 is required.

? Instructions on using the site

Register & Create an Account

1. Click the Register link.
2. Enter your new Account Details.
3. Enter the House your selling (or live in).
4. Enter the House you are buying (optional).
5. Agree terms & Conditions.
6. Click Register.

Update your Sale Details

1. After creating an account go to 'My Account'.
2. Click your 'Profile Setup'.
3. Enter as much detail as possible.
4. Tick boxes next to items you want people to see.
5. Chainge your 'Position in Chain' if required.
6. Edit all House Buying & Selling details to create chain.

Viewing Details & Closing a Chain

1. Enter all House Buying & Selling details.
2. Click on 'My Chain' to view your chain status.
3. To add an update: Click 'Post Update'
4. To view users updates click that users 'Updates'.
5. Click on a House to view Sale Details.
6. To close your link in the chain go to 'Edit Status' and tick box : CHAIN CLOSED.
